Comfortable shorts but the size chart is next to the plate, ordered size L, returned for XL because too tight and the XL straps are too short and cut into the shoulders, added a 10 cm piece on each strap by a seamstress.

Product ordered, very quickly shipped and received. On the site, the photo (imprecise) and the little information should be improved (indication, among other things, of the diameters of handlebars on which these mirrors fit).

Material ordered well received, but not delivered to the expected place. Very annoying as the initial delivery location is clearly on your site.

Loyal customer of Matériel vélo, I bought a Pinarello dogma F 2024 frame kit from them three years ago. A crack appeared on the frame and Matériel Vélo opened a warranty with Pinarello. They agreed to replace the frame kit with the new model (New Dogma 2025) and even offered me mineral oil to perform the purge, a handlebar tape, and two hoses. They regularly kept me informed about the progress of the warranty and committed to a delivery time for the new frame which they respected. It is during this type of experience that one can judge the quality of a company. I recommend Matériel vélo without any reservation. It is the best online sales company.

Nothing to report. Even though we need to consider all budgets while the prices of bikes and accessories are soaring! Not everyone has the budget of a pro runner ;);) :)

Very satisfied with the product, not with the delivery. Carrier (DPD) did not respect the address of the chosen pickup point but delivered to an address far from my home
