Good evening, I suppose this situation is independent of your will, however, I had to wait two weeks to receive my package due to a stock shortage. However, during this time, the product remained available for sale online with a delivery time announced of 2 to 4 days, which surprised me. This is the first time this has happened to me so I do not hold it against you and I will continue to order from your site.

Reception delay too long. Too bad.

Delivery within the time frame. But I paid for home delivery, the delivery person sends a message telling me that the package does not fit in my mailbox which is false, so delivery in a depot a few km away. So not happy. The product is okay.

I am happy with the merchandise received. However, I wanted to include a pair of wheels. I had found this item at a significantly lower price on another French site (about 30%). As proposed by Materiel-Velo, I asked if they wanted (could) match the price. The response was negative, without even an intermediate proposal. My project is therefore canceled or at least postponed.

Comfortable shorts but the size chart is next to the plate, ordered size L, returned for XL because too tight and the XL straps are too short and cut into the shoulders, added a 10 cm piece on each strap by a seamstress.

My order arrived with a month delay. I had to follow up several times but I was always well received and well accompanied.

Good product, properly packaged. 3 stars for the shipping delay, having supply issues is okay, but given the initial shipping delay announced on the site, it was not feasible for a product that was not in stock. For a first purchase, this does not instill confidence for a future purchase regarding shipping times. So if you are not in a hurry and you take into account to multiply the announced delay by 4 or 5, no problem. However, if you rely on the announced delay with a small margin there ....

Overall I am satisfied with my order, despite the small inconvenience of the first payment. Involuntary on your part (so they say) but still, quite a delay for delivery. I would have also liked a tax-free option. Payment of the customs duty of 27.50 euros which adds to the 152.37 euros of the order.

The delivery by DPD was catastrophic

I ordered winter MTB shoes. It was recommended to take our usual size. Big mistake, I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. There was no larger size available, so I returned it. Refunded very quickly but the return was at my expense, which was €10.70.

I had to contact customer service to confirm the arrival of my order. Because it was not confirmed at the Bondues store..

Very satisfied with the product and the experience on the website. However, the delivery process with DPD was catastrophic: I had requested delivery to a pickup point. This was not done (reason given: package too large), then I requested home delivery which was also not done. I ended up going to pick up my package at the warehouse. A significant wait, agents on site struggling to find the packages. I ended up in the warehouse looking for my package. An agent finally managed to find it. Fortunately, my purchase was in good condition. However, I lost half a day as I had initially planned to pick it up at a pickup point. I no longer wish to ship my purchases via DPD. The previous experience a year ago was also unfortunate. I will not finalize my purchases if the only delivery option offered is this company.
