Hello, I am completely satisfied with the "Materiel-velo.com" part. As usual, it was reactive and serious. So I give 5 stars. For the delivery part by "DPD", it was how to say... "less good"... The package was announced as "delivered" to the chosen pickup point when it was not... then found at the logistics base (about forty km away) where I was asked to go to retrieve it... After refusing, the package went back to the pickup point and could be retrieved after five days of wandering. So 1 star for DPD and an average of 3 for the experience lived.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product received and your company but very disappointed with the delivery. Indeed, received very quickly with a small supplement to have my package at home but as often, the delivery people don't even bother to come to the home to save time. They leave the packages at the nearest pickup point and inform us that there was no one at home. Unfortunately, I was in front of my gate all day. Other than that, it's perfect.

I ordered wheels with disc and cassette mounting (mounting offered by the site) upon receipt and despite going through the workshop, the wheels arrived with the components not mounted. After claiming, I received a voucher equivalent to the value of the assembly but then I had to find someone to assemble the parts when I had chosen this site for this service. Finding a bike shop to assemble material that was not purchased from them is not great. I think there was a communication failure between the sales department and the assembly workshop which is not very serious and detrimental to the customer. For the rest, the ordered products are excellent and I think the site will do everything to improve its service

No issues with delivery and its speed, however I realized after assembly (thus impossible to return) that I ordered the wrong product: there was a small dropdown menu with 3 different choices that I did not see. The product title did not suggest that there were multiple versions, I understood that there was only one compatible model for 3 types of transmissions.

However, the order was placed on 07/23, I had to call customer service on 07/28 because my order was still pending processing while the products were in stock. I received my order on 07/30. The pump is very good, the responsiveness of Materiel-vélo is very good. However, the delivery could be improved. The announced 48 hours quickly turned into a week. A week is fine for me, I don't need everything right away, but when a performance is announced, it should be adhered to. This is called professionalism; it's not just about making commercial talk. I feel like DPD is used to this.
