I had to contact customer service to confirm the arrival of my order. Because it was not confirmed at the Bondues store..

Very satisfied with the product and the experience on the website. However, the delivery process with DPD was catastrophic: I had requested delivery to a pickup point. This was not done (reason given: package too large), then I requested home delivery which was also not done. I ended up going to pick up my package at the warehouse. A significant wait, agents on site struggling to find the packages. I ended up in the warehouse looking for my package. An agent finally managed to find it. Fortunately, my purchase was in good condition. However, I lost half a day as I had initially planned to pick it up at a pickup point. I no longer wish to ship my purchases via DPD. The previous experience a year ago was also unfortunate. I will not finalize my purchases if the only delivery option offered is this company.

The product is very good but the call to customer service is not great.

Just a little email from Materiel Velo that it was abnormal for the delivery time. A small gesture would have been welcome with apologies. Otherwise, nothing to complain about the site and the products with the prices. JC

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the "Materiel-velo.com" part. As usual, it was reactive and serious. So I give 5 stars. For the delivery part by "DPD", it was how to say... "less good"... The package was announced as "delivered" to the chosen pickup point when it was not... then found at the logistics base (about forty km away) where I was asked to go to retrieve it... After refusing, the package went back to the pickup point and could be retrieved after five days of wandering. So 1 star for DPD and an average of 3 for the experience lived.

Announced deadline not respected despite a call to customer service (very nice). Email and SMS communication regarding tracking a bit chaotic

My products are at a good price and I appreciate supporting a small structure. However, it has been several orders that I do not receive the email saying that the order has arrived in the store while when I go there, it is indeed there. It's quite annoying, I hope the problem will be corrected

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product received and your company but very disappointed with the delivery. Indeed, received very quickly with a small supplement to have my package at home but as often, the delivery people don't even bother to come to the home to save time. They leave the packages at the nearest pickup point and inform us that there was no one at home. Unfortunately, I was in front of my gate all day. Other than that, it's perfect.

Delivery times for information and delivery are far too long for a single chain guide.

I ordered wheels with disc and cassette mounting (mounting offered by the site) upon receipt and despite going through the workshop, the wheels arrived with the components not mounted. After claiming, I received a voucher equivalent to the value of the assembly but then I had to find someone to assemble the parts when I had chosen this site for this service. Finding a bike shop to assemble material that was not purchased from them is not great. I think there was a communication failure between the sales department and the assembly workshop which is not very serious and detrimental to the customer. For the rest, the ordered products are excellent and I think the site will do everything to improve its service

I had paid to be delivered at home and the carrier left my order 10 km away in a store without notifying me, that's borderline.

Hello, late shipment even though payment was received 8 days prior. The shipment was careful, everything was perfectly packaged. The hardware for the rear disc brake caliper is missing and the bottom bracket housing.

No issues with delivery and its speed, however I realized after assembly (thus impossible to return) that I ordered the wrong product: there was a small dropdown menu with 3 different choices that I did not see. The product title did not suggest that there were multiple versions, I understood that there was only one compatible model for 3 types of transmissions.

Delivery announced within 24 to 48 hours and received in 4 days. Moreover, no notification from the carrier that the package had arrived at the relay point. So, collection of the package took a week.

Weight of the Pirelli tire completely incorrect

Somewhat satisfied: bike not adjusted to the requested dimensions and sent to materiel-velo.com, after two rides I feel play in the steering. Best regards

Following an order error, I am still waiting for the refund of the product returned to the store on August 26.

My order did not correspond to what I wanted, but it is not the fault of the merchant matériel-vélo, but of the supplier SIDI who communicates very few characteristics of their product, not even the dimensions regarding my item. (shoe tightening buckle)

Good experience, however the Toulouse La Roseraie store is extremely difficult to access due to construction. Moreover, this same store really offers great gear

Chain attachment confirmed. Mudguard damaged. Returned at my expense. Materiel vélo is sending me another one. Shipping costs at their expense which I negotiated.

I was not informed that my order had arrived at the store, I had to go there. Fortunately, the order had arrived 3 days ago!

Catastrophic delivery. After-sales service not very quick. But the problem was resolved.
