Great a little delay in order preparation but a very responsive and professional team to communicate the reason for the delay. It could be interesting to develop a timeline showing a theoretical delivery delay and the actual one, depending on constraints encountered before shipping. Smooth experience, wide range of products, overall very well-priced. Easy return of the item on the site. Improvement point: a pre-filled return by carrier at a reasonable price would be a plus. When choosing a pair of shoes, it's a bit of a lottery. The return cost me €13.90.
