The bicycle arrived with some damage from transport, after claiming to Materiel Velo, they sent me a part that had not come or had fallen during transport. It's the risk of buying a bicycle online. But customer service was correct at all times and solved the problem for me.

Fast delivery, the nozzle-hose of the degreasing spray was sticking out of the package by 10-15 cm ... = It is a bit bent but still usable ... it was close.

I do not speak French, so I comment in English. The ordered product was delivered broken to me, but I was allowed to return it for free. Later I got the product delivered in a correct state.

The delivery was quite long, probably due to the 'preparation' for New Year's Eve at DPD! Those party-goers. No impact on the use of my tire, I do not ride in negative temperatures! Best regards

Good contact with customer service. Rating of 4/5 only related to the very long delivery; which can be understandable during this end-of-year period.

The order remained in preparation while it was delivered, DPD did not contact me to inform me, apart from that, very serious site, problems happen, the main thing is to solve them.

Nothing to say about access to the site, packaging and delivery. I just have a negative opinion on one of the expensive products, hardware and poorly adapted.
