During my first arrival at the store I had to make 3 receptions before finding the one for the material ordered online.

Very attractive price, rather rare for a bike of this level. Bike very well protected and packaged for transport. Friendly customer service, but apparently without much influence on the internal preparation service. Derailleur not very well adjusted. Very long delivery time for a bike in stock: ordered on 11.07 and delivered on 06.08

Material and delivery great but delivery costs too high for a small package - under 100 euros for Switzerland
