The material-velo site is very good, the products are varied and available, the shipping is fast. The only problem is Chronopost now. My last 3 deliveries went badly, with a lot of delays. I received my package after 8 days even though I chose Chronopost specifically to be sure to be delivered the next day. It was the last time I paid more to be delivered later.

Purchase Princeton Peak Evo with tires, inner tubes, and mounted discs. Superb rigid and responsive wheels. Only downside, the valves touch the rim and vibrate. I contact bike material why they didn't put noise-dampening adhesive patches and I'm told that customers generally mount them tubeless, not great for wheels over 2000€

The bicycle arrived with some damage from transport, after claiming to Materiel Velo, they sent me a part that had not come or had fallen during transport. It's the risk of buying a bicycle online. But customer service was correct at all times and solved the problem for me.
