Be careful, you sell things that you supposedly have in stock and after payment, no more stock... and this is not the first time this has happened to me, not cool!!!

Delay in delivery, which explains the 4 stars instead of 5

Top service that informs you if they don't have the part, and whether you want to wait or not. Very fast delivery (REUNION). Competitive prices and they have a relatively complete catalog of parts, at least for my Top Fuel TREK.

A tire is not in its original packaging!!! Even with a little note, it's still not great as a procedure. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, it's well followed and treated quite quickly.

Processing and shipping very fast, satisfied with the purchase. Too bad the responses to product questions never arrive. I almost didn't order from this site because of that.

1 star less because the carrier was not the one announced, no tracking, which is not reassuring for such a purchase. However, the delivery time was respected.

Good contact with customer service and product return service, too bad the right product was not in the Mavic listing. Best regards.

Satisfied with the purchase and with the shipping time which has been really short. Although there are some scratches on the spokes, I suppose because the material lacked some protection to avoid bumps during shipping.

The material-velo site is very good, the products are varied and available, the shipping is fast. The only problem is Chronopost now. My last 3 deliveries went badly, with a lot of delays. I received my package after 8 days even though I chose Chronopost specifically to be sure to be delivered the next day. It was the last time I paid more to be delivered later.

Material ordered well received, but not delivered to the expected place. Very annoying as the initial delivery location is clearly on your site.

Nothing to report. Even though we need to consider all budgets while the prices of bikes and accessories are soaring! Not everyone has the budget of a pro runner ;);) :)

Purchase Princeton Peak Evo with tires, inner tubes, and mounted discs. Superb rigid and responsive wheels. Only downside, the valves touch the rim and vibrate. I contact bike material why they didn't put noise-dampening adhesive patches and I'm told that customers generally mount them tubeless, not great for wheels over 2000€
