Unlike a competitor (because I collect star wars toys), the toys were in a box with minimal protection. I wish they were a little more protected, but compared to what I received from a competitor, it was nice.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the pillowcases, which were not sewn properly and therefore full of folds and creases, and did not form a rectangle. I have sent a message of complaint, which has remained a dead letter since, so the company does not take its customers into account.
