I ordered a Doudou 3 weeks ago that I still have not received, when I want to send an email to know where my delivery is says "an error has occurred", when I call it does not answer yet "Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm without interruption" so no Doudou and the levy is done well sa "r!!!

The bag is very good, of good size and the accessories provided are very practical. I thought there was an extra thermos pouch for the bottles but in fact it's the pouch that can be attached to the bag that serves as a thermos pouch. I'm a bit disappointed for that. I'm a little disappointed with this. Otherwise the delivery was fast and well packaged.
