Customer reviews of Meltonic

Unpleasant surprise to receive a package all sticky because one of the boxes was damaged during transport!!!3 gels lost out of 8!!!

Good products, pleasant in the shower. Out of 4 gels tested, only 1 technical problem, difficulty opening 1 during a run.

Good productsBut the site is confusing, so it's hard to find certain products advertised on the 1st page of the site.

The processing of the order corresponded to my expectations.

As I'm new to this brand, I tried a free sample of the lemon drink for the first time during my training sessions, and was delighted with the taste, as the drink is not unpleasant in the mouth during exercise. Following this attempt, I've just placed my first order for a lemon drink and I've taken a packet of apricot bar. I've tried it and it's a delight.

An error occurred in my order, due to a computer bug. The quantity displayed was not taken into account by the site. I contacted the company by e-mail, which did indeed note that my order was incorrect (2 gels instead of 3), but offered absolutely nothing to correct the error. Not to mention a commercial gesture, 2 gels at €2.60 each isn't a total loss for Meltonic, given that I've already spent more than €100 on 2 orders. I'd have liked to have been offered a solution that would have cost me the €5.20... But there's nothing... For me, this is the last time I will order from Meltonic and I will share this experience with my club...Sincerely.

Easy to order and fast delivery.

In principle, Meltonic is not responsible for the delay, but my parcel was delivered 4 days late even though it was indicated as available in the tracking system.

All OK.Products conform to the descriptions on the site and well packaged.just have to try them out.

Clear site, works well. Order processed very quickly, delivery possible by relay.the products are good, choice on the perfumes and various declinations.not too much follow-up on the origin of certain ingredients, that I hope local.

We received our order very quickly, and in very solid packaging. Good first experience

buy his products very good received in time

No particular worries, a little too sweet

Nothing special about the delivery of the parcel, but we receive a bit too much advertising by e-mail.

Nothing more than the title of my review, fast and true to my order.

I discovered the products through a friend who gave me a taste of the mint-flavored anti-oxidant energy drink, which is pleasantly light and not too sweet, so it's not too disgusting. To get a better idea, I took out a discovery pack, which will give me a wider range of little organic things.the order was taken and the shipment prepared very quickly.the delivery took longer with the post office, but that's inherent in the services they offer.to be continued :-)

compact and easy to digest, the bars are just what I'm looking for in terms of efficiency and lightness.

I received my parcel within two days

1st conclusive test for the bars and gels: explosive tastes, very interesting persistence, nutritional values the bars fulfill the contract (I haven't tested the gels enough to have an opinion).the only downside will be for the drink, (lemon sample) I didn't really like the taste (almost too sweet for me). The fact that it's in a sachet doesn't allow you to manage the dilution as well as possible.le bidon... dommage qu'il ne soit pas en 750ml.Pour le traitement de la commande, rien à dire : clair, net et precis.merci pour cette belle découverte , à la prochaine commande!
