Customer reviews of Meltonic

Good, well-designed products for athletes. The drinks are of very good quality. Bars are still very expensive, as with competitors, however.

the 4 stars because I've just received my order, so I haven't tested it yet, but the well-composed trail pack makes you want to try it all.

If we could have samples of the products when ordering, it would be great to discover the whole range.

all is ok

Easy-to-navigate site

clear

Price still high. Positive points: organic products, and some gluten-free products. For people with health problems, sugar-free products would be a plus.

Very good as usual! Just missing the little invoice summary sheet in the parcel and no little gift gels this time.

No particular problem, order at the time and place indicated.

Good products, but for the delivery not on the date indicated.

Functional site and fast delivery, but it's a shame not to be able to combine the 10% new customer discount and free shipping.

Didn't receive my second order

Hi Meltonic, if you could standardize the refill caps with the vials, that would be even more eco-friendly ;-)

First visit to the site: 1) I see the ad offering a 10% discount on honey refills with a free flask (no special conditions on the ad). I think to myself, this is a great opportunity to give it a try. I spend some time looking at the products; I make the order and there: offer from 100 euros only: I abandon the order. 2) I order a flask anyway. I receive it at a relay point with the box completely ripped open (perhaps not Meltonic's fault, even if the box wasn't necessarily suitable). I check that the flask is inside. It's there, so I take the pack, but once I've left I realize that it's full of some sort of sticky powder... In short, unpleasant and a good washing of the flask before the first try. 3) I didn't necessarily think to write it down (I didn't necessarily want to waste my time complaining) but since we're asking for an opinion... 4) The flask looks great although small (but the quantity was indicated so it's not a defect). There is a larger size. So I use honey from the local beekeeper because I didn't take advantage of the discount advertised. I may try it one day if the opportunity arises.

I really liked the taste of the salted tonic gel, which has a great honey taste that goes down well when you're exerting yourself. I didn't like the taste of the boost, but it works very well, and the mint-lemon effort drink, which is not very sweet, does the job for me. Small star removed for the cashew cereal bars, disappointed I can't find the taste of honey or cashews.

Well-detailed products

Delivery time a little longer than announced, but nothing urgent for me so no problem.
Easy navigation on the site, it's easy to find what you need.

Order took too long to arrive, dissatisfied with delivery times and lack of information via my customer area!

Sometimes a bit slow. And above all, a classification table for each product, like a fresco I've seen before.

their system made a mistake in the recipient. so my parcel could not be delivered. No refund. Their telephone number was replaced by an answering machine to say that they were on vacation... in short, this was my first and last order with them.

Products discovered via instagram stories of athletes and so I decided to place an order I have not yet tested all the items received but it is more than positive for the moment

Easy to access site. Good products. For delivery to a relay point, you have to wait a little longer than 48 hours.

It's hard to find your way around because each item falls into several categories.

Overall satisfied with the products but we don't know the list of ingredients despite having asked them.

Too bad prices are going up...

A little expensive but good and inevitably better than the chemical equivalents.

Very good site, clear and readable information.
I recommend

Very good products at reasonable prices shipping a little expensive

Once again, I had to refuse the parcel as the box arrived at the parcel post damaged (the gel refill had leaked). What's more, the cereal bars were missing.

Very well designed site

I am very satisfied with my order

Good, order received in 5 days

No complaints

Multitudes of choices , test pistachio/salt bar very good products not tested

Product too sweet. Very liquid texture even with less water. On the other hand, it's very digestible and effective because it doesn't make you feel tired afterwards.

Very disappointed that no one answered my e-mail when my coli was returned to sender. I don't know if it was the post office or meltonic who made the mistake! But I'd love to have my order before Christmas if anyone cares!

Very good product, ideal for bike tours.

I find that the variety of products is a little limited and I think it would be possible to have free home delivery for this price, but for the moment I am satisfied with the products.

The delivery time was very good.
