Really personal opinion. I don't like the taste of the products, gels, isotonic drink, applesauce at all.

Not yet used

Very disappointed with my first order placed on April 29, it is May 11 and I still have not received the purchased products. My account has been debited for the amount of the order and no gels in sight to complete the Loire marathon yesterday... I spoke to the Meltonic stand at the marathon village, they told me there was a delay due to the holidays which I can understand, but keeping me informed would have been nice. I don't know if I will repeat the experience online, I will surely go to a retailer.

Diet products are very good; I also ordered the t-shirt and the meltonic socks. I changed the socks even before running my 27 km trail because they were slipping down after 15 minutes of warm-up. I will try to get a refund for them.

I was disappointed with this order because I received a product with a very short expiration date and the product is expired. Salty tonic puree with expiration date 27/01/2026

I have not yet tested all the products received. Observation: 1 - some gels were punctured upon receipt 2 - Meltonic replaced all the damaged gels 3 - I tested the peanut and cashew purees, way too pasty for my personal taste, not fluid enough during a race, it can be complicated to ingest, maybe better suited for long trails during walking sections. 4 - the honey gels are very fluid and digestible. 5 - still to discover the malto and the tonic cake.... Overall good products, but the presentation in 15g forces you to take them very often, personally it gives me one gel every 3km in a marathon, that's a lot to try to compensate for glycogen loss... But I will test it on Sunday the 30th at the La Rochelle marathon!!! Finally, customer service is top-notch and responsive!!!

Hello We bought packs of twenty-piece cereal bars, they were delivered to us in bulk. We prefer to receive them in cardboard boxes like previous orders. We are sorry that you have changed the flavours of the organic bars, we really liked the old flavours. Best regards

Content of the products but significantly less about the partners used by the company to ensure delivery. Mondial Relay is not reliable.

All good, just that it should not be sent to my private address but to a parcel shop... I am in Norway and now everything is being returned... this is so fatal and simply prevents me from ordering much more for my business. German would also be nice as a language option..

Package delivered two weeks after and I needed them for a competition and also the package was received it to another location not the one that I specified.bad experience

Order placed on 30/04, we are on 12/05 and I still haven't received it.

I am ordering following an offer with free additional products that are clearly specified in my order, but not in my package upon receipt.

The products are very good, however the packaging in the parcel is neglected. Some of my products arrived open in my parcel, making them unusable. Thank you Meltonic, after a quick first contact with customer service, no further news. I do not recommend!

great product but transport not at all up to standard more than 28 euros for Corsica is excessive this will be the last time I order. Best regards

Great products, but they use CHRONOPOST which is the worst delivery service in Paris. Result: package delivered to the wrong pickup point... 25 minutes on foot from my home and only open in the afternoon!!!

Delivery too long and incorrect delivery information...

I made a purchase that was not delivered.

I asked a question that remains unanswered - too bad!

A little aftertaste of Medication... But no nausea on long journeys.

The site allows you to order and get information, but overall, I find that the UX/UI needs improvement when compared with competitors' sites. It's a shame, because the products are excellent.

I find the bars a little dry, I was expecting something softer with the honey.

I subscribed to the newsletter to get the advertised -10%, but unfortunately I never received the e-mail and was therefore unable to apply it to my order.
Apart from this disappointment, the order was received very quickly and everything was in order and well packaged!
Now all I have to do is test the products.

I think it's a shame to have to pay shipping costs even for a 200.- order.

I understand that the delivery, in this case, is free and that the goods arrive from another country but the delivery times are a little long.

Clear, well-constructed site

Hello your gels are very good and act very effectively boost and endurance the only negative point is your energy drinks leave a dry mouth after their use and the reproach brewer's yeast is catastrophic thank you cordially

Navigation and order on the site impec, labelling parcel problem on the address, delivery supposedly carried out by the post office only comment "deposited with the reception" but no parcel on the spot... I contacted meltonic one said to me one will call me back I always await... but I am not any more in France thus more means of recovering the parcel which I really needed in view of the race this week. Conclusion no parcel no product no news for a refund. Disappointed...

Delivery not to chosen address...

Order arrived far too late without any information from the carrier. And it's not for lack of having ordered well in advance of the holidays....the order took about ten days....very dissatisfied!

I did not receive what I had ordered. The products are great, I found the delivery long and then I didn't get what I had asked for.

I had hoped to take advantage of a promotional offer that a weekend, except that the shipping costs despite an order above the minimum were applied! SAV contacted and confirmed that I was not alone but nothing for compensation. Damage.

Could reward with samples to test the range

Following my purchase of these energy bars, I have mixed feelings. My discovery began with the fig-flavored one, where I got some very unpleasant crunchy bits, just like when you get little pieces of bone in your mouth, I felt like I had a broken tooth. Fortunately, I didn't. My 2nd bar I tested was strawberry-lemon and there were no hiccups, the taste and texture were top-notch. Now I just have to try the others, as I bought a pack with various flavors.

Products ordered on March 1st and still not received on March 25th. I know the problem is with the MondialRelay carrier, but Meltonic doesn't have much leverage and I think they could have sent the products back.

Order does not correspond to the image or the writing on the box. Too bad.
