Long delivery times

Very good products, but a little too expensive: almost 20 euros for 250g of "energy gel" composed of almost 90% honey. What's more, it's no longer possible to buy larger volumes (700g) as in the past.

Like many runners, I'm trying to improve my performance, through training of course, but also through refuelling during races (long trails).By cross-referencing different sources of information, I've learned that you need carbohydrates but not too many sugars, magnesium, sodium, potassium, vitamins B, C, E, zinc, BCAAs (kesako?), etc. Meltonic products may contain some of these elements.As a result, my favorite products are, for example, (very) poorly rated by nicolas-aubineau.com which, while it too is probably open to criticism, at least has the merit of not contenting itself with the commercial arguments of the various brands in the sector. So thank you for contradicting it (and reassuring me) so that I can continue to enjoy Meltonic products without fear of lacking this or that nutrient...

5 stars for marketing, honey and practical pods. 1 star for the price: when you receive the 250g bottles at almost €20 plus postage, i.e. more than €80/kg, and you see the composition on the label - honey + lemon juice and less than one percent essential oils and turmeric or other ingredients - you think that the honey is sold at twice the normal price and the turmeric and other ingredients at the price of caviar. So, from now on, I'll use the organic honey I buy in jars in my Meltonic pods and leave it at that. When I'm on the move, mountain biking, road biking, running and cross-fit, I haven't noticed any difference between the tablespoon of honey + turmeric + ginger I put in my water bottle and the dose of gel, whether it's "Coup de boost" or "Ultra endurance". Others, like Arnaud Montebourg's Bleu Blanc Ruche and its beekeeping school reserved for a small handful of business elites, are sure to make a retooled "Meltonic" if they like the idea...

I have nothing to say about the products, but the over-packaging really goes against the brand's values.

Excellent product quality, but the destination: the order was placed at a free relay point and the parcel was dropped off at the post office!

Digestive problems with boost gel

I took the liberty of sending an e-mail about the order, but there was no reply. Good receipt of the order all the same.

The products are of very high quality, but the packaging can still be improved: it's not always easy to open, especially in competition (running speed, perspiration ....). Despite 3 reminders to Meltonic, I still haven't had an answer to this problem... What's strange is that when I contacted them to find out where to buy their products, I got an answer the very next day! Which goes to show they're not interested in customer feedback ....

Unpleasant surprise to receive a package all sticky because one of the boxes was damaged during transport!!!3 gels lost out of 8!!!

An error occurred in my order, due to a computer bug. The quantity displayed was not taken into account by the site. I contacted the company by e-mail, which did indeed note that my order was incorrect (2 gels instead of 3), but offered absolutely nothing to correct the error.Not to mention a commercial gesture, 2 gels at €2.60 each isn't a total loss for Meltonic, given that I've already spent more than €100 on 2 orders. I'd have liked to have been offered a solution that would have cost me the €5.20... But there's nothing... For me, this is the last time I will order from Meltonic and I will share this experience with my club...Sincerely.
