Very well done site, product being tested but for the moment nothing to complain about; Just a small improvement to be made (if I may say so) for the tracking of shipped orders. I recommend MelTonic.

I give a mixed opinion ( 3/5 ) because I find the price of the 25 gram bars excessive even if the product suits me . I have not yet tested the recovery infusion . For the rest ( order and delivery : 5/5 .

Hello The site is well done, products and delivery nothing to say. On the other hand, it's difficult to pay by credit card. I have to try several times.

Simple purchase and payment, parcel received fairly quickly (less than a week). However, no transparency on order status or parcel tracking.

I tried this product yesterday, on a 75 km outing. I find the product tastes bland, I think it would be better to add a little more lemon.

I find that there's a lack of information about the products, it's difficult to know the precise composition of each gel.
I was also surprised not to receive the goodies in my parcel, even though when I placed the order it was noted that I would receive a mug + a neck warmer.

Quite disappointed, isotonic drink with a smecta taste, very expensive products for items that can be bought in quite a few organic stores.
The packaging is nice, as is the concept, but the execution is much less so.

Nothing to report in particular: the site's ergonomics allow customers to surf without too much difficulty, apart from the fact that I couldn't find any information allowing me to contact customer service (by e-mail), because unfortunately the two energy drink sachets obviously didn't stand up to transport (holes in several places and loss of contents).

I'm very satisfied with the meltonic products and the easy-to-use website. The only downside I have in recent days is the fact that I participated in a satisfaction survey on March 21 during which gels and bars would be sent to me after my response and satisfaction survey, except I have received nothing with my last order. 🤔🤔. Too bad

The navigation on the site is very good. Concerning the order, the tee-shirt would have deserved to be wrapped in paper and not just put in the box it would have avoided it being stained.... Otherwise, the products are great.
