Very good products for sport (road cycling in my case). I mainly use gels in refillable vial format which finally taste good (nothing like all the other products available on the market) and food supplements which are useful for energizing the body. I also take Tonic Boost when I'm doing heavy training loads or during the granfondo period. This one, on the other hand, takes a bit of getting used to in terms of taste... but I always include a fresh fruit juice which I drink directly after sucking up the product with the straw ;-)
