Very good quality products, natural and very pleasant. I haven't tested everything, but if you like honey and its properties, it's a delight. Tonimel every morning a few days before + gels tested on a 20k200 where I beat my personal record by more than 2min! Slight discomfort after the 1st gel, otherwise no worries, very good sensation on the 3rd! I prefer the mint drink to the lemon one, because of its freshness, which is very pleasant to the taste, but makes me a little thirsty and maybe too sweet. Stay tuned for the next semi before the autumn marathon!
