The composition of the products is good for carbohydrates, but the rest is under-dosed. It was a very good idea to base the product on honey, but unfortunately the taste with the other flavors makes the gels taste like crap (it has to be said).

I've been using Meltonic products for 1 year. I use gel (refills + flexible bottles) and energy drinks for cycling. I haven't had any food cravings, even when I'm having a hard time. I'm happy with Meltonic products.
