One capsule of Tonimel every morning on an empty stomach when you wake up replaces all the vitamin cures you'll find in pharmacies. Only the vial for the gels has so far been half a failure (whatever Meltonic may think), as it's impossible to empty it completely due to pressure and the fragile closing device.
