Tonimel every morning a few days before + gels tested on a 20k200 where I beat my personal record by more than 2min! Slight discomfort after the 1st gel, otherwise no worries, very good sensation on the 3rd! I prefer the mint drink to the lemon one, because of its freshness, which is very pleasant to the taste, but makes me a little thirsty and maybe too sweet. Stay tuned for the next semi before the autumn marathon!

The sealing cap on the 250g Bio Antioxidant Eco Gel Refill - Honey, Acerola & Spirulina was partially open. The product's contents had become unfit for consumption, which leads me to believe that the product's integrity had been at fault for a long time and that this problem should have been detected before shipment. The rest of the order was what I expected. Best regards. Maj du 03fev19: promises were made but nothing has arrived. There is no question of ordering meltonic products from now on! Maj du 11fev19: thank you to the Meltonic team, I did receive a product that met my expectations at no extra cost as promised. I am reconsidering my intention to stop ordering from you. Best regards.
