Customer reviews of Meltonic

The ordered bars are good and very easy to digest. The texture is pleasant and can be easily consumed during effort. I removed one star for the price which I find a bit high, even for a high-quality product.

Very good products, the plant proteins are a bit "rough" in the mouth otherwise overall everything is very good except the prices are a bit excessive even if we always say that quality comes at a price a bar or a gel over 2 € when you do a lot of sports it's still a budget, personally at retail price I consume a minimum of 30 € a week, a budget of about 150 €/month for many families...

Excellent products, although a bit expensive. But given the quality, it will be difficult to be cheaper...

I did the Paris Roubaix challenge 170km, I only fueled with Meltonic products, top not nauseated at all by diversifying the gels and bars, I really recommend, I didn't have any fatigue.

Hello, Very good products used for preparation and during a marathon. The Tonic'gel is very suitable during running. Small downside for the small bottle that leaks. I added an O-ring before screwing it on and it's perfect.

Very good product. The gels are easy to take while running. Very good taste.

Delivery site and products are top-notch. Only small downside is the size of the gels, a bit small for long efforts

I discovered Mélanie thanks to my daughter-in-law Charline Heu. As a road cycling enthusiast, I find the products easy to digest as I have a sensitive stomach. The honey and fruit-based products are great, but it would be nice to have gels in larger quantities. Kudos to you, the same goes for the lozenges and the bars that are easy to consume.

I am satisfied with my order but when you offer gifts there should be a choice because I systematically receive mint samples and I do not like mint I would prefer to receive samples to my taste. Thank you

Sorry for the order error (missing gels in the marathon pack) but very good responsiveness to meet my expectations

Diet products are very good; I also ordered the t-shirt and the meltonic socks. I changed the socks even before running my 27 km trail because they were slipping down after 15 minutes of warm-up. I will try to get a refund for them.

Very good!

Good products. Satisfactory value for money.

The products are quite good, the delivery is fast. A downside for the amount of carbohydrates in the gels.

Good quality product

Good products, easy to digest (gels) and the drinks in pouches are good as well.

Hello I am torn indeed my order is really satisfactory and the image that the brand represents suits me perfectly, however I made a partnership request for which I have not yet received any response. So we can do all possible satisfaction surveys however the least politeness is to give a response. I deduced that it is negative but I remain with a slight disappointment. Best regards. Marc MÉLOU.

The products offered are well suited to my activities and my age (72)

Good products that meet the need

Fast delivery Natural products Marine collagen less effective than that of a competitor but good product Honest prices

No problem, great

Very happy with the delivery as well as the products as usual

I have not yet tested all the products received. Observation: 1 - some gels were punctured upon receipt 2 - Meltonic replaced all the damaged gels 3 - I tested the peanut and cashew purees, way too pasty for my personal taste, not fluid enough during a race, it can be complicated to ingest, maybe better suited for long trails during walking sections. 4 - the honey gels are very fluid and digestible. 5 - still to discover the malto and the tonic cake.... Overall good products, but the presentation in 15g forces you to take them very often, personally it gives me one gel every 3km in a marathon, that's a lot to try to compensate for glycogen loss... But I will test it on Sunday the 30th at the La Rochelle marathon!!! Finally, customer service is top-notch and responsive!!!

Nothing to say about the products. However, the delivery by Chronopost was not up to par: initially announced delay, then dropped off at another pickup point 48 hours later, without information about the drop-off. I got the info over the phone by calling Chronopost. This carrier is not reliable, we have already had issues with other merchants. You would be wise to change it as it may make your customers think twice before ordering.

Quality products. Fast delivery. Responsive customer service. A little effort needed on prices and/or on rewards granted according to tiers (renew the offer, propose food rather than "pure" consumer products, etc.).

Quality products made from natural ingredients!

Hello We bought packs of twenty-piece cereal bars, they were delivered to us in bulk. We prefer to receive them in cardboard boxes like previous orders. We are sorry that you have changed the flavours of the organic bars, we really liked the old flavours. Best regards

Super products... good finish of the mini jars 60ml... super quality... just one point to improve maybe: the nozzle (not very practical for viscous honey for example)... a nozzle like the "confipotes" would be more precise and smaller.

Tasty and pleasant products

Hello, I received everything on time without any issues. Best regards, Mauricio

I am fully satisfied with the ordered products.

Most products very good, fast and complete delivery.

Order shipped and delivered faster than announced at the time of ordering

Always satisfied with your products except for the prices which I always find a bit high so I don't overuse them!...

Very happy with my order! I recommend

Too expensive to become a regular consumer.

Very good and beautiful products, they are perfectly suitable for my efforts and recovery as well as my hydration.

Pleasant product

Your products are digestible, well assimilated. However, we should be able to order in larger quantities (in bulk),

I had trouble understanding the difference between the bars, and their recommended use. The site is smooth, the product pack system is convenient.
