Good product, but lacks clear indication "presence of gluten" in the drink sachets.

Everything arrived, quickly this time BUT PACKED! FORTUNATELY, NOTHING WAS MISSING. :-)

I find that there's a lack of information about the products, it's difficult to know the precise composition of each gel.
I was also surprised not to receive the goodies in my parcel, even though when I placed the order it was noted that I would receive a mug + a neck warmer.

Quite disappointed, isotonic drink with a smecta taste, very expensive products for items that can be bought in quite a few organic stores.
The packaging is nice, as is the concept, but the execution is much less so.

Very good. Good products. No digestive problems. Of course, you have to like honey, but it's a bit expensive without any discounts.

Nothing to report in particular: the site's ergonomics allow customers to surf without too much difficulty, apart from the fact that I couldn't find any information allowing me to contact customer service (by e-mail), because unfortunately the two energy drink sachets obviously didn't stand up to transport (holes in several places and loss of contents).

I'm very satisfied with the meltonic products and the easy-to-use website. The only downside I have in recent days is the fact that I participated in a satisfaction survey on March 21 during which gels and bars would be sent to me after my response and satisfaction survey, except I have received nothing with my last order. 🤔🤔. Too bad

I'm very satisfied with the products, which I find not only effective but also good and healthy. It's a pity that a bottle of tonic boost opened during delivery!

Hello, there was a delivery problem and in the end the order was not complete: an energy bar was missing.

The navigation on the site is very good. Concerning the order, the tee-shirt would have deserved to be wrapped in paper and not just put in the box it would have avoided it being stained.... Otherwise, the products are great.

I tested the "miel salé " gel, and found it a little too sweet for my taste, which is probably normal since it contains honey, but I'm not used to it :) having said that, this gel had the expected effects since it boosts the body. I'll have to test the other flavors before making any further decisions and possibly placing further orders.

I'm taking part with my son in the gravelines chtriman on 2/7 and so I ordered 2 caps from you which I thought were nice for the last transition c a pieds! but it's impossible to wear them they're designed for children? you could have specified that they fit small! well sporty Pascal from sedan

There was a small problem with the order tracking at the beginning, but it was very well followed up and resolved by e-mail by the teams. Concerning the products: the gels are very good and easy to digest, the eco refill bottle is great, the post-training cakes are also top-notch. I'm not so keen on the taste of the raspberry sports cake (a matter of habit compared with home-made cakes, no doubt) and the hydration drink doesn't go down too well in terms of taste and digestion.

Very good products

I'm 65 years old. I took an antioxidant gel before the start of a half marathon this morning with the energy drink of the same name (from Meltonic). I then took a gel at the 8th km "coup de boost". I drank about 25 cl of the drink every km. I felt a "less good" around the 12th km, which had never happened to me as I was used to half-marathons. I continued my protocol until the 15th km when I took a gel "boost" and always with a drink until the end of the half. I felt better after the 15th. My question is why did I have this sluggishness when I hadn't had it until now with Decatlon gels (but they're not as good as yours. This prevents me from giving it 5 stars. Well, I'm going to take my Meltonic "vegetal protein preparation and forget about this little setback. 1h43 with 200 m of ascent is OK, but my training over the last 4 months had predicted a time of around 1h40. As for the flasks, I've just tested them on a long outing. I regret the overly pregnant petroleum taste. I hope it will fade on future outings. So I'm on the fence about the flasks.
