Tonimel every morning a few days before + gels tested on a 20k200 where I beat my personal record by more than 2min! Slight discomfort after the 1st gel, otherwise no worries, very good sensation on the 3rd! I prefer the mint drink to the lemon one, because of its freshness, which is very pleasant to the taste, but makes me a little thirsty and maybe too sweet.
