For the second time, I received only one piece instead of the two I had ordered (in snake wood). The quality of the wood was also below normal: imprecise cuts and approximate dimensions. Too bad, we'll see

The site is not pleasant to use. It's messy, changing from one day to the next, sometimes in French, partly in English even when on Mercorne.fr, misleading (you think you are ordering a set of tools presented in the photos while you are supposed to choose among them...). It's messy and the photographic presentations of color choices are very uninformative, almost nonexistent. You can't see anything or it's very poorly presented. If I need to gift items related to cutlery again, I don't think I will come back to you. As for the quality of the ordered items, no problem.
