Overall, the order is ok, but out of the kg of wood scraps, there are a few pieces that aren't usable at all. I'm aware that these are offcuts, but we still need to be able to put them to some use.

Ps contant received only one plate I thought that as the wood plates the contents of the package was 2 plates elforyn the presentation of this product is confusing sold as a unit would be much clearer knives are most cases two-sided.

As always, the quality is good. However, there are two small drawbacks: 1) The label that sticks the two plates together (with reference and price) is always very annoying to remove. The glue is too strong and it's a real pain to remove from the wood, it always leaves traces of glue. It would be good to review the system and use less sticky labels. 2) Mixed (resin and wood) and stabilized wood tags are often warped. To make up for this and make a flat surface, you have to sand a lot... This is complicated and perilous when the boards in question are thin. I hope that this little comment will be constructive and that you will be able to rectify and improve this. Good day and see you soon.

I had never had a problem but I missed an article, I tried to contact customer service, 2 mail, a phone call and zero response, a week later a mail from Colissimo telling me that a package from Mercorne arrives, it was the missing article fortunately, I retain despite everything the lack of response from them
