actually paid 5€ of delivery on an order of 10€, it's a pity. Know that the rate you pay on our site and a rate negotiated with the post office and that we do not take any commission on it. Moreover we have set up this year the delivery via mondial relay at less than 5€ and that we have the delivery offered from 90 €.
We would like not to charge you any shipping costs or to offer you shipping costs under 5€ directly to your home but for a small company like ours it is impossible.
Concerning out of stock, the period from November to December is very busy and we can't keep up with the demand, we do our best to serve you every day.

Fast shipping, good quality materials overall. Some products shipped are not suitable (twisted wood, horn looking more like a waste than a real set of plates) when others are extremely satisfactory. This lack of consistency would really be improved and it would be perfect
