The site is not pleasant to use. It's messy, changing from one day to the next, sometimes in French, partly in English even when on Mercorne.fr, misleading (you think you are ordering a set of tools presented in the photos while you are supposed to choose among them...). It's messy and the photographic presentations of color choices are very uninformative, almost nonexistent. You can't see anything or it's very poorly presented. If I need to gift items related to cutlery again, I don't think I will come back to you. As for the quality of the ordered items, no problem.

Quality quite variable. Usually, the material is of good quality. In the last order, all the brass rods arrived bent, usually they are straight. Trash. The composite materials are of good quality but for the wood, the quality is quite variable or the most refined pieces are reserved for professionals. Hard to know what will remain.

Goods about as described. Except for the unusable zebu horn hollow plate (belted and too much difference in thickness from one end to the other). Disastrous delivery !!!! No delivery on scheduled day, no communication. Delivery four days later to the wrong place then delivery to the right place but goods not present despite confirmation sms!!!!

Shipping costs too expensive when you place a small order. Not much choice of delivery and even more difficult when you are in the country. The items I order are often out of stock and the choice is sometimes limited.

actually paid 5€ of delivery on an order of 10€, it's a pity. Know that the rate you pay on our site and a rate negotiated with the post office and that we do not take any commission on it. Moreover we have set up this year the delivery via mondial relay at less than 5€ and that we have the delivery offered from 90 €.
We would like not to charge you any shipping costs or to offer you shipping costs under 5€ directly to your home but for a small company like ours it is impossible.
Concerning out of stock, the period from November to December is very busy and we can't keep up with the demand, we do our best to serve you every day.
