Hello, I am not completely satisfied because the print quality seems very "fragile" to me. With the first hits of any clubs, I don't give the logo a long life. Dear Sir, I am following up on the email I sent you which, unless I am mistaken, has not received a response: "Dear Sir, I am reaching out to you following the receipt of my order #4200. I must express my disappointment upon receiving this order. Indeed, I had ordered TITLEIST PRO V1 X 'simple' balls and I was delivered PRO V1 X 'ENHANCED ALIGNMENT', which was not mentioned on the website or on the order form. If I had known that your PRO V1 X had alignment lines, I would not have ordered them. Furthermore, regarding both the ordered PRO V1 X and the TAYLORMADE TP 5 X, I am surprised by the placement of the logo on the ball. The logo is not placed on the opposite pole to that of the inscription 'PRO V1 X' or 'TP 5 X' on the ball, but is placed right next to this inscription and between the ball numbers. No golf ball has the logo placed here. Traditionally, when a logo is placed on a golf ball, it is always placed on the opposite pole to that of the ball range (in my case, the opposite pole to the inscription 'PRO V1 X' and 'TP 5 X') and between the two inscriptions of the ball brand. I am attaching photos of the balls that will be more illustrative. I checked on your site thinking that I had made a mistake in selecting the logo placement on the ball, but it appears that on your customization device, the logo placement is chosen automatically (so I did not make a mistake). Also, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if all your balls are logoed in the same place, or if this is an error that only affects the balls that were delivered to me. I must admit that if I had known that the logo was placed in this location, I would not have ordered the balls since they are intended to be given to clients and in their current state, these balls (if they are perfectly playable) are not presentable to my clients." Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we cannot print a ball larger than 23-25mm in diameter as it would cause deformation of your customization. With our competitors, it will be even smaller.

I was promised a super fast delivery because the ordered balls were a gift/surprise for a New Year's stay in Portugal and the balls never arrived and apparently will arrive at best on January 2nd. I am extremely disappointed.

Hello Danièle, indeed we can customize colored balls but in your case and after checking your order, you chose white Soft Feel Lady balls. It is true that the packaging of the white and pink balls is almost identical but in the product sheet the color is clearly specified. I am really sorry... I wish you happy end-of-year celebrations!

I thought the logo size would be bigger and the logo placement is not ideal. Moreover, I find the shipping costs too high, especially since the package is dropped off at a relay point rather than at home; otherwise, the company is responsive and ships orders quickly.

Regarding the logo size, please note that the printing is limited to 25mm because the ball is round, and beyond that, we expose ourselves to deformation issues. Very dissatisfied with this golf ball customization service. The box arrived all damaged + the delivery person put the package directly in a relay point even though it costs 10€ for delivery. The customer service doesn't care and offers no gesture. Run away! Moreover, the customization is tiny and not very qualitative given the price. A scandal!
