I would have liked to order the packs for the price, but I had to give up because some of the labels in the pack are not printed as if I were ordering the labels separately.
What I received was perfect, but rather expensive. As far as customer service is concerned, I couldn't be happier: every question I asked by e-mail was answered immediately. Delivery was fast and problem-free by recorded delivery.

Hello, your order didn't include iron-on labels, which is why you didn't have any iron-on protection paper (useful only for ironing on). Your order included a self-adhesive pack" which consists of labels for objects only, and are not designed for textiles, nor for washing in a washing machine. For textiles, you should opt for iron-on labels (for ironing on) or self-adhesive sticks (for sticking on non-woven composition labels on garments).

The delivery was ultra fast, the packaging impeccable with a little note from the company, the labels are pretty, magnificent even...but here goes...they don't fit! I find them in front of the door at home, at school, even before the first wash... Too bad, I took 2 packs, I paid for nothing and I have to start all over again...

Your Object stickers are designed to adhere to all your small objects with a smooth, clean surface. Rough or porous surfaces won't do as well, and they're not designed for textiles.
For textiles, your order includes Clothing Sticks, which adhere to the composition labels (nonwovens) on garments, and are therefore resistant to around 40 washing machine cycles (max 60°). I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Shoe Sticks. The Shoe Sticks, like the Clothes Sticks, are designed to withstand approximately 40 machine wash cycles at a maximum temperature of 60°C. However, they must be affixed to a non-woven backing, such as the composition labels for garments. The same applies to footwear: your Shoe Sticks will go through the machine without a hitch as long as they don't rest on a woven backing. For sneakers, in which the heel is often woven, we recommend applying the stick to the composition label under the tongue of the shoe where appropriate. Hello, we appreciated the speed with which you processed our order/delivery, and the care/attention you gave us during this time, you have a very good customer contact! Bravo! However, we're disappointed with the product, which doesn't hold on our son's pens (felt-tip and stabilo pens!)! And on clothes, it's just not possible to put them on, they don't hold at all.... We are therefore disappointed despite all your good intentions, the labels unfortunately don't meet our expectations/needs.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your self-adhesive labels. I'm surprised, because our tests have included this brand of felt-tip pens and pencils (and my own children have them at school) and there are no problems at all. Adhesion is optimal after 24 hours, before that, they remain repositionable. Your batch of labels may be defective.
