Hello, After checking, your order was shipped and taken care of by the post office, less than 48 hours after your order. As mentioned by phone, if a postal problem occurs, we will receive your order back, and will contact you the same day in order to re-ship your order immediately. Our after-sales service has in no way hung up on you, but has set up a telephone appointment with your husband to review the follow-up this Friday, so I will call you back to find a solution together.

Like many sites, I totally deplore paying for a fast delivery at D+24h and getting it 4 days later (order placed on a Thursday at noon delivered on Monday). The amount is derisory but on principle I feel like I'm being ripped off! And very, very late tracking.

Hello, Our production lead times are 24/48 hours, to which must be added the postal lead time to your region, depending on the option selected. After checking, your order was produced in less than 24 hours, it was taken care of by the Post Office, which also delivered it to you within 24 hours (dispatched on Friday and received on Monday morning).
