Envelope arrived open in the letterbox, fortunately nothing to report about the labels.

Average value for money. I didn't have time to look for a cheaper competitor.

The labels are pretty, but I'm a bit disappointed because there used to be several transparent sheets to help glue the iron-on labels. Now there's only one in the booklet, and that's just for +100 labels. The print quality of the font is not sharp.

Affordable price, nice typeface and good delivery time. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the quality of the mini pen stickers, which were very difficult to detach from their cardboard backing, the precutting was not complete and we had to force the last point of attachment to be removed with each label... The result was a pain, a waste of time and deformed labels. It was too tedious, too bad!

It's hard to find all the product details you need on the site, such as label sizes.

The labels are very cute, but when I tried to peel them off one by one, the paper backing turned over and the labels stuck together. The adhesive is so strong that I couldn't get them off. The result was a waste garbage can. A real shame.

Poor quality photo printing

The site works well, but the labels don't look as I thought they would when I looked at the photos.

This year, and for the 1st time, I'm disappointed with the labels I received. The 1st sheets are pretty good, although the logo is missing on the small labels (my son saw it as soon as he opened the envelope). On the other hand, the writing of the first and last name is almost invisible on the clothing labels. What a shame!

Delivery a little long

The work is done, there's nothing to complain about, very good work, but I'm not at all happy with the delivery time.

I was very disappointed with the labels on the black background, the writing is of poor quality compared to the rendering I had on the site. However, the labels on lighter backgrounds are of very good quality, and I'm very satisfied with them. So I give only 3 stars on the whole of my order.

Hello, the label is slightly too large to stick on a USB flash drive, although it was indicated that it was suitable for this format ;)

Correct product but really high price

Order received within 10 days. I was expecting a quicker delivery.

I think they've had the right idea in allowing photo personalization, but the print quality is just as good for the photo (even if the photo is of good resolution for the size needed) as it is for the writing. We don't get a clean rendering, but rather "grainy". I was disappointed, losing over €30.

Paper labels for clothes that don't wash out - I have to put tape over them to make them wash out!

A little more clarity for choosing and creating would be beneficial. With, for example, the possibility of zooming in on the label created. Make the self-adhesive labels a little longer, because even with a short first name, they're barely long enough. Very good labels for shoes, but create other designs (house, castle, 4-legged animal...).

I am disappointed because in my order there are several labels that are incomplete there is the photo but the writing is missing.

The labels are of very good quality.
I chose to put a design of my choice on them, and that's where I made my mistake: although I had taken great care to make sure that the design I had chosen would fit into the space provided and that the visual preview would be correct, I received labels with a design that was out of place, leaving a white gap between the background color of the label and my design. My son was so disappointed that he doesn't want to use the black labels he'd chosen, where the white hole is too obvious. Then I had a problem with delivery by recorded delivery, which I had originally chosen to make sure the labels would arrive before the start of the new school year. Well received but some labels are too small

The order, payment and delivery went very well, but the product did not live up to my expectations.

It takes a while to find what you're looking for. In particular, the rendering of the writing style is not easy to find.

The labels are nice, the problem being that I equipped all my son's school equipment with ugly labels that I had to buy in a hurry and fill with an indelible felt-tip pen on the Saturday before the start of the school year, as I hadn't received my order (I had paid a surcharge for tracked mail to receive them faster). Result: double charges, pretty labels that are not used and all equipped with horrible labels that don't come off without tearing, so no possibility of changing them. I usually order from another label site and I had changed only because they weren't sure that I'd have my order by the start of the school year (I ordered on Monday 26 August), but according to your site there was no problem, especially with the D+1 recorded delivery option. Your site tells me that my order left on the 27th: I received it on the 4th, i.e. more than a week later and two days after the start of the school year. You tell me it's the Post Office, but the Post Office tells me that sellers shouldn't mark D+1 for a lettre suive because it's a lie and that sometimes sellers can declare the deposit of goods online before actually handing them over to the Post Office, which starts the tracking when in fact nothing has left... Who can be trusted? Basically, what I've learned is that I paid for labels and had to buy new ones...
