I received the labels too late, even though I was guaranteed a 48-hour maximum delivery time with the surcharge for tracked mail :-(. Too bad because the labels look good.

Hello, I'm sorry you've had problems with the post office. 24/48h guarantee concerns the preparation of your order, up to the departure of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee postal delivery times, as we have no control over them. Your order is prepared in our workshop in 24/48 hours, then taken over by the post office and dispatched according to the usual postal delivery times. I have just checked your order, which was prepared and dispatched in less than 24 hours (order placed on 28/08 at 19:14 and dispatched the next day at 17:00).
The post office delivered your mail in 36 working hours instead of the usual 48, I'm sorry about that. With your tracked letter number, you can make a complaint to the post office, or we can take care of it if you wish. I remain at your disposal if necessary. Valérie MesPetitesEtiquettes.com
