Hello, we appreciated the speed with which you processed our order/delivery, and the care/attention you gave us during this time, you have a very good customer contact! Bravo! However, we're disappointed with the product, which doesn't hold on our son's pens (felt-tip and stabilo pens!)! And on clothes, it's just not possible to put them on, they don't hold at all.... We are therefore disappointed despite all your good intentions, the labels unfortunately don't meet our expectations/needs.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your self-adhesive labels. I'm surprised, because our tests have included this brand of felt-tip pens and pencils (and my own children have them at school) and there are no problems at all. Adhesion is optimal after 24 hours, before that, they remain repositionable. Your batch of labels may be defective. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that we can find a solution together. However, your order contains only self-adhesive labels for objects, they are not designed to fit on clothing. Once uploaded and selected, you should see the photo in the online preview tool, and zoom and/or position it as you wish.
