Could not choose the size of the spheres which are huge and no corrector

I placed my order on July 3 and have received nothing until now.
I did not receive my lenses due to lack of stock, no commercial gesture was proposed.
Ordered on July 8 and still nothing received. I called customer service and got no one. Let's hope they respond to emails.

Hello, I never received my order of lenses which I have indeed paid for, I never had a delivery person who came and I have sent a complaint email and I have not received a response, I thought your site was reliable??
Disappointed by the site order placed mentioning available But once everything validated and paid email specifying out of stock, with no delivery forecast and of course amount debited… not correct.

I strongly advise against them for anyone with dark eyes because it looks like a zombie straight out of a horror movie. It looks white on my eyes, it's horrible. I regret that you do not put a note to warn your customers. I haven't seen any photos on your site with the same result as mine on dark eyes. I will never be able to wear them as neither exchange nor refund is possible. I will continue to order from majdaya at least their photos match the purchase.

Horrible ordering process. After ordering Solotica Noronha Blue colored lenses on the site and paying for fast delivery, I was informed 2 days later by email that they are no longer available due to stock shortage. These lenses could have been marked as out of stock on the site directly to avoid wasting our time. I will not order again.
