I am disappointed because having no stock tracking, the last 2 orders I placed had products that were no longer available, however they refunded me perfectly! As of today, they are still not in stock and it's really a shame! I am quite disappointed (Queens light Green lenses without correction)
The Soleko Queens Light Green lenses are indeed in high demand and are often purchased by our customers in batches of 3 to 4 pairs with each order, which explains the regular shortages. We do our best to ensure a constant restock, but this can sometimes be more complicated, especially during the annual holiday periods at our suppliers.
We also wanted to highlight that Mathilde, from our customer service, is generally very responsive, as during the last restock when she informed you by email and even set aside pairs for you.

The texture is correct but the blue does not match the photos on the site. It's a shame. I would like to be offered a more pronounced blue. I bought noble blue. Best regards, Evelyne Chesnel

The lenses have the same eye color as mine (blue) I am disappointed because when I put them on, there is no difference.

Very disappointed at first because they are almost white lenses when we were supposed to have gray ones. And secondly, the lenses have been expired since early June, so they are unusable.
You sent me expired lenses on 26/06/2024.
Please check for order number 457238889 that until now I have not received.
I ordered 2 packs of lenses for a year and the validity of the lenses is already this summer... very disappointed expiration date is very close so how to use 2 years of lenses if the expiration date is in a few months! Thanks for the scam!
The customer service is of very good quality, however the new version of hidrocor quartzo is absolutely horrible, the quality of the pigmentation has been drastically reduced and the color is no longer the same at all. I do not recommend these lenses, however the site is really serious.
Delivery in 1 week. The quality is poor for the merchandise. Customer service to see after my complaints what you propose to me.
-Only positive point is the fast delivery. -The package was so poorly prepared and therefore damaged that I had to sign a waiver to retrieve it. -An error in the item in the order.

I am disappointed, I ordered 5 pairs of lenses (brown, green, red, white, and pink), lotion, and a travel case. The shipment is indeed fast but I am missing the pink lenses as well as the travel case. Impossible to reach someone, no one answers the phone. I lost money.

Hello, I received two boxes of lenses indicating an already passed expiration date (expiration date April 2023 for an order placed at the end of November 2023).
Too bad disappointed.
Order canceled because product not in stock. Refund processed the next day.
