Hello, Ordered with express delivery to home, the delivery person dropped it directly at the relay point, given the price it's shameful.

Not natural.
Due to a stock problem, the delay was extended. But Mathilde from customer service sends an email to inform and offers options: refund or exchange, or indeed wait with a given and respected delay. Well received except for a defect on one lens. Again, Mathilde did what was necessary following my email with a photo of the lens. Sending another pair of lenses within 5 days that follow. Customer Service is TOP, well done Mathilde!
The color is perfect. But I see a bit blurry since the lenses are thick.
I checked my mailbox every day but I have not received the lenses, what I don't understand is that when I track my order it says they arrived on 16/03 but there is still nothing in my mailbox, what do I do now, do you send it back or do an investigation or do you refund me?
Order received 1 month after the deadline! They had forgotten me...

The delivery is very fast, but the color of the lenses corresponds more to the second photo and not the one shown, this should be mentioned by customer service.

I give one star because there is no less but it is just unacceptable when an address in the south of France (shipping location of the package) takes more than 10 days for a delivery in France even. Extremely long delay..!!!

Very fast shipping, it's appreciated when you don't have much time to order elsewhere because the convention is approaching (for cosplay)! I have only tried one pair out of two so far, they are thicker than the ones I have had before but very opaque, so it might be normal (Red Werewolf lenses). The quality seems good, at least apart from the fatigue from wearing them, I had nothing after wearing them for a whole day.

Duration of annual lenses purchase 26/02/23 received on 1/03/23 expiration date August 2023 🤦♀️ and the color has nothing to do with the descriptions lol basically BAD and SCAM.

Hello, I ordered two pairs of colored lenses LIGHT BLUE and YELLOW. I did not choose the color VIOLET, and yet that's what I received. Moreover, I did receive the pair of light blue lenses. Having opened the packaging of the violet lenses, I cannot return them for an exchange. I am disappointed by your mistake. Best regards.
One of the lenses did not have the correct prescription. Impossible to send an email to their email. I don't know what to do with a lens with a strong prescription when I can't see with it. The only positive point is the fast delivery.

4 orders placed since December 15th. First order received 1 product out of 2 due to the laboratory which I can understand but by January 15th no one informed me, it was me who asked. 2nd order in mid-January still not received to this day. 3rd order with a promotional product, product not available so they offer me a refund or exchange without advising me and 4th order product still not available order placed 4 days ago and I ask for a similar replacement product.
10/10 I recommend with my eyes closed super fast.
