Hyper natural lenses. I took the Rio Paraty shade, I have brown eyes and you can't see at all that they are lenses.
Package received 4 days before the expected date. I am delighted. Very nice color, lenses easy to put on and wear. Only small downside, the diameter is too large so at the pupil level, my natural brown color is very visible which diminishes the effect.

The color is not sufficiently covering for brown eyes, and it is not as light as in the catalog photos. I am extremely disappointed with the result, to the point that I will have to order a new pair of lenses in a different color because I will not wear these.

I hope this questionnaire is a good joke: today is December 12 and still not delivered! Customer service unreachable by email, no customer contact, just a phone number and I am on the road all day returning only at 7 PM, phone customer service closed. I no longer recommend this site at all, which has changed a lot and also increased its prices!

Top lenses but deplorable and insulting customer service. Unprecedented!!! Shocked by outrageous acts (even hanging up on me because my request did not please them). And if you are not satisfied with their responses, they will then cancel your order, of course refunding you even though that is not your request, and too bad for you if you need the lenses or not. Basically, whatever your request, it's a no. Your loyalty has no interest. Disappointed.
