I checked my mailbox every day but I have not received the lenses, what I don't understand is that when I track my order it says they arrived on 16/03 but there is still nothing in my mailbox, what do I do now, do you send it back or do an investigation or do you refund me?

I give one star because there is no less but it is just unacceptable when an address in the south of France (shipping location of the package) takes more than 10 days for a delivery in France even. Extremely long delay..!!!

4 orders placed since December 15th. First order received 1 product out of 2 due to the laboratory which I can understand but by January 15th no one informed me, it was me who asked. 2nd order in mid-January still not received to this day. 3rd order with a promotional product, product not available so they offer me a refund or exchange without advising me and 4th order product still not available order placed 4 days ago and I ask for a similar replacement product.

A waste of money, not like in the photos, not natural.. it makes snake eyes, straight to the trash, I do not recommend it at all.

I hope this questionnaire is a good joke: today is December 12 and still not delivered! Customer service unreachable by email, no customer contact, just a phone number and I am on the road all day returning only at 7 PM, phone customer service closed. I no longer recommend this site at all, which has changed a lot and also increased its prices!
Apparently the lenses no longer exist! I was refunded but they need to remove the option to buy them from the site, thank you.
These are not lenses from the Solo Riva brand, I have been wearing them for 5 years and I can confirm that they have nothing to do with the brand. I will never order from this site again. It's a scam.
Unfortunately, they are not comfortable. They sting the eyes even though I took corrective lenses. They are too thick. I wore them for 5 minutes and my eyes turned red. I am very disappointed.

Lenses that expire in a week. What am I supposed to do with them?
The problem is that they change the colors of the lenses every time and the name remains the same, so you can't find the color you are used to wearing, it's disappointing given the strange result it gives.
Lenses received expired, check the date on the box before opening it.

I am not satisfied with the delivery times. = expected between 8 to 15 days and after more than 15 days the product has not arrived. Customer service does not offer a solution to improve delivery times.
