The color of the lenses is not the one indicated on the label.
Not what I expected.
Very disappointed with the product! The lenses do not look natural at all and are very different from the photos on the site! I absolutely do not recommend! I will never buy lenses from this brand again!

Hello, Ordered with express delivery to home, the delivery person dropped it directly at the relay point, given the price it's shameful.
Due to a stock problem, the delay was extended. But Mathilde from customer service sends an email to inform and offers options: refund or exchange, or indeed wait with a given and respected delay. Well received except for a defect on one lens. Again, Mathilde did what was necessary following my email with a photo of the lens. Sending another pair of lenses within 5 days that follow. Customer Service is TOP, well done Mathilde!

Shipping costs are twice as expensive as on other contact lens sites. Many brands but if out of stock when ordering, no interest.
The color does not match the color, no resemblance, very disappointed.

Hello, I ordered two pairs of colored lenses LIGHT BLUE and YELLOW. I did not choose the color VIOLET, and yet that's what I received. Moreover, I did receive the pair of light blue lenses. Having opened the packaging of the violet lenses, I cannot return them for an exchange. I am disappointed by your mistake. Best regards.
One of the lenses did not have the correct prescription. Impossible to send an email to their email. I don't know what to do with a lens with a strong prescription when I can't see with it. The only positive point is the fast delivery.

The color is not sufficiently covering for brown eyes, and it is not as light as in the catalog photos. I am extremely disappointed with the result, to the point that I will have to order a new pair of lenses in a different color because I will not wear these.

Top lenses but deplorable and insulting customer service. Unprecedented!!! Shocked by outrageous acts (even hanging up on me because my request did not please them). And if you are not satisfied with their responses, they will then cancel your order, of course refunding you even though that is not your request, and too bad for you if you need the lenses or not. Basically, whatever your request, it's a no. Your loyalty has no interest. Disappointed.
Good product, comfort is there but I see blurry on the sides, maybe the size is not right and the color does not suit dark eyes, the color is very faded.

The lenses really look fake. For satisfactory customer service, I would need to return a pair of lenses that I would choose in another color with correction but from another brand at the same price.
