The delivery was long but because of COVID I suppose. The lenses are comfortable, the vision is good. I couldn't stand lenses before, they tired my eyes. With these lenses, I feel good and the color is perfect, you can't even see my dark eyes. I haven't had customer service so I can't say anything.

Delivery was supposed to be made on May 26 but in the end I received them on May 29, but nothing alarming. I received the box for my lenses with Totoro, it's beautiful. Only big negative point, the lenses... which were supposed to look natural and gray... A horror, it's a mix of green and blue what I received, I look like a zombie with them... too bad, I don't dare to order too much anymore... Risk of being disappointed a second time when I had planned to reorder before...

I don't like them, they don't look natural, it doesn't match the sales photo, I prefer the result at the optician Freshlook, money thrown out the window, I regret this purchase.
This is the first time I buy lenses so I don't know if it's normal but they bother me a bit, I feel them move when I open and close my eyes. And my eyes become a bit dry even though I put enough solution on the lenses before wearing them. However, the result is natural.

Good site, fast delivery, but I think it would be better to put before/after photos because the actual color result is not the same as in the photos.
