Quick reception.
Fast delivery but uncomfortable lenses, very irritating.
A customer for many years, extremely disappointed despite my requests not to receive samples to test other lenses and colors. Forced to buy and then throw away! Disgraceful. And yes, nowadays you have to be an 'influencer' and have quite a few followers to receive samples. I am not. Just a loyal customer but that doesn't interest you.

These are the worst lenses I have ever bought in my life, they look like extraterrestrial lenses... it's not a natural effect and it's too ugly... do not recommend.

Natural color but after 2 uses blurry vision. I do not recommend this brand. I had already ordered this brand in another color and always had this blurry vision. Apparently, I am not the only one to have had this problem. Moreover, the lenses move.
Delivery more or less fast because lenses with correction.
I received my lenses Friday morning, the box was cut with a cutter, one of the lenses was dry and cut, so out of the two lenses I can only wear one!
Received in 12 days with correction while I paid 12 euros for express. It's the same as paying for normal delivery.
Lens ordered on 01/01/2022, 1 month later still nothing received.
Error on the order, I ordered green lenses and received blue ones. Too bad.

Fast delivery.
The lenses really come out very light blue compared to the advertising photo, yet I have dark eyes like the model. I was surprised and did not expect such a dominance of blue. I am disappointed. However, they have a very natural effect and you don't feel them. Fast delivery, very good product. Quality.

The red-black lenses, the red is not as "vibrant" as in the picture but fast delivery and good quality lens, I wore them all day without discomfort.
I can't rate customer service, I didn't have to deal with it lol.

Disappointed! I had ordered lenses for 79.90 euros, which were not listed on the order. Moreover, after my complaint emails, you replied that I FORGOT to note them. I paid via PayPal and my invoice was over a hundred euros, my lenses were indeed on the order... and I wouldn't have chosen a delivery at 5.99 for a package worth 18 euros!

Difficult packaging to open, not practical to retrieve the lenses from the bottles. The lenses are uncomfortable to wear; I do not recommend them at all, I am disappointed with my order, money thrown in the trash.

Hello, I couldn't wear them more than the evening because one of the lenses bothered my eye (I obviously reversed them). The lens didn't stick to my eye, I had to throw them away.
