First time there is a problem with the tracking of my order. However, the customer service was very responsive, systematically replying to my emails within the hour! Moreover, even though I was not delivered within the usual 48h, I was delivered 2 weeks after the purchase which remains reasonable. Finally, after notifying the absence of advertising/promo code that usually accompanies the order, the customer service provided me with one within the hour! Very professional, thank you!
