Delivery scheduled in two weeks but received after a month and a half !! Without any email or apology message.

Overall satisfied with the speed of the service. Products visibly of good quality.

Very natural, however they turn inside out as soon as you grab them.

As for the site and customer service, I am still very satisfied! The person who runs it is responsive and very nice, it's pleasant. Delivery is always ultra fast.

The color has nothing to do with the photo, I received gray-white lenses, I am really very disappointed even though it's not my first order.

Delivery was supposed to be made on May 26 but in the end I received them on May 29, but nothing alarming. I received the box for my lenses with Totoro, it's beautiful. Only big negative point, the lenses... which were supposed to look natural and gray... A horror, it's a mix of green and blue what I received, I look like a zombie with them... too bad, I don't dare to order too much anymore... Risk of being disappointed a second time when I had planned to reorder before...

This is the first time I buy lenses so I don't know if it's normal but they bother me a bit, I feel them move when I open and close my eyes. And my eyes become a bit dry even though I put enough solution on the lenses before wearing them. However, the result is natural.

So disappointed! The lens does not stay on the eye! Every time I blink, it moves... it's very uncomfortable. I would like to contact customer service to find a solution. Thank you.

The right lens does not adhere to the eye and moves all the time, it slips inside the upper eyelid with every blink.

Nothing to say about the service, however, the product is useless! I see blurry! And not just a little. Impossible to wear them, they clearly damage my vision, which is perfect. I request a refund.

Too fake, they are yellow. I am disappointed and they hurt when I wear them. I advise you to pay for expensive lenses but at least the quality is there.

After several attempts, the conclusion is the same. There is one of the lenses that I think is defective because it hurts and I see blurry. The second one has no problem. However, the result is very beautiful and natural. The pupil is a bit large though.

They are not like the first ones I bought, the vision is very blurry with these lenses.
