I purchased a pair of Prada shoes. The delivery was fast, however, the pumps were scuffed and wirh dirt stains on them, and not very pleasant packed. They were clearly a display model (or a worn, returned pair), and on sale with a 50% discount. But still, I would expect to get a new pair of shoes or at least I would have liked to be “warned” that they had wear and tear.

I confirm you that they are brand new but with the fact that it was the display model in store and they were tried , it resulted with marks and stains.

There is a mark on the front of the shoes but i have to put up with it because they are for a wedding.... They should of checked them before sending them at the price they were... Very disappointed

Very bad experience with this store, I do not recommend. Package received empty after placing an order of 996 euros. The seller does not want to know anything. Legal action if no positive response to the formal notice.
