There is a mark on the front of the shoes but i have to put up with it because they are for a wedding.... They should of checked them before sending them at the price they were... Very disappointed

The item is defect and I had to return it! Should not sell items that are clearly damaged in store.

All our items are brand new , however some items are tried in our store in Paris and it can results with some marks on the insole for the shoes as example.

Very bad experience with this store, I do not recommend. Package received empty after placing an order of 996 euros. The seller does not want to know anything. Legal action if no positive response to the formal notice.

Shipping was great, came within 2,5 days after buying it with free shipping. Outer box was damaged and dirty but the inside packaging wasnt damagez, but a lille dirty as in dirt or oil or something like that.
