I ordered the pink satin Iriza 85 louboutins as the price of them was very attractive. However once received I questioned their authenticity. I ordered the same shoes from Louboutins and upon inspection there were various things that were different such as the colour of the sole was lighter, the sole of the shoes looked like it was wrapped rather than the actual leather, the shoe box was different and the font of the writing was different compared to the original louboutins box. So I returned them. Ensure you all read the General Sales Terms and Conditions as you are charged for delivery and charged for return.

I purchased a pair of Prada shoes. The delivery was fast, however, the pumps were scuffed and wirh dirt stains on them, and not very pleasant packed. They were clearly a display model (or a worn, returned pair), and on sale with a 50% discount. But still, I would expect to get a new pair of shoes or at least I would have liked to be “warned” that they had wear and tear.

In fact it was the last pair in stock , and it was the model exposed.
I confirm you that they are brand new but with the fact that it was the display model in store and they were tried , it resulted with marks and stains.
