Well-structured and user-friendly site. Impeccable follow-up service. Very convenient and reassuring to be in touch via WhatsApp and email. Alex was very professional. However, UPS told me that my package would arrive this Tuesday, April 21st between 08:30 and 10:45. It's almost 4pm and I still haven't received anything. I hope this is not just a small setback. I have a real crush on this shop. A good Parisian address with a very nice selection without the pompous side of luxury boutiques. I picked up a pair of Walter Steiger boots and these are my favorite boots.

In my opinion, the best multi-brand store in Paris. I have been a customer for a long time and it is not every day that you find such a wide choice of luxury items at such interesting prices.
