Thank you for your professionalism, your speed and your advice. For the record, I had to buy a dress in a hurry, so I called to find out if a size L would fit me by giving my measurements. The saleswoman was very welcoming and above all very honest, telling me that it would be too big, even though she knew that there was no M model available. She told me that these are beautiful dresses that cost money, and it would be a shame if they were too big. So I took the time to look at another model available in M, and 3 days later I finally made up my mind and called the sales assistant, telling her that it would be available in 4 days. She told me to order. I ordered at 10am and at 12pm I received a message from collisimo telling me that the parcel was on its way. When I received the parcel 48 hours later, as promised, the dress was perfect and, above all, exactly the right size. It fit like a glove and was sublime. Thanks again. I reorder 1000%.

Very satisfied on all levels caftan received in good condition very well maintained although shipping is outside France, I was notified 3 days in advance that the article will be delivered within 3 days, delivery date respected, I had a doubt about the measures I contacted customer service they informed me well and were reassuring on the measures in any case too satisfied for a first purchase from mode caftan.I intend to buy again in the future.bravo continue.caftan quality as described on the site, handmade work beaded, belt bein adjusted, taken in size.L just right long not too long not too tight I'm happy with my purchase.
