The site is very rich and the photos of the dresses presented are numerous, so you can see the model in all its forms. The models are magnificent and original compared to the basic caftans we're used to seeing. Customer service on the phone before ordering, very pleasant and informative. My order arrived earlier than expected and was very well packaged.

No real problems other than delivery. But this is due to Colissimo, who sent the parcel all over the region! Delivered on Tuesday 2nd in our absence, normally dropped off at the post office on the 3rd but nowhere to be found, it was only delivered on Saturday 6th !!!! Phew!

Exceptional service! Customer relations beyond my expectations and very fast delivery! However, I was very surprised by the TNT delivery man who spoke to me as if I were "his buddy" only to hang up on me and drop my parcel off at 1 relay point just because "it pisses him off he says". I would like to point out, however, that the site is in no way responsible and that I nevertheless highly recommend it because the quality of the caftan is superb and if need be you can call them, they are there to listen to you.
