Exceptional service! Customer relations beyond my expectations and very fast delivery! However, I was very surprised by the TNT delivery man who spoke to me as if I were "his buddy" only to hang up on me and drop my parcel off at 1 relay point just because "it pisses him off he says". I would like to point out, however, that the site is in no way responsible and that I nevertheless highly recommend it because the quality of the caftan is superb and if need be you can call them, they are there to listen to you.

I was very apprehensive at first, given that it's an online-only site, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had customer service on the phone (which is unheard of) who took the time to advise me on the size that best suited my needs. The woman on the phone was very attentive, patient and professional. I ordered the Claudia caftan, and I'm more than happy! EXCATEMENT as on the photo, and the work on the caftan is really very very beautiful. Thank you for your professionalism, your speed and your advice. For the record, I had to buy a dress in a hurry, so I called to find out if a size L would fit me by giving my measurements. The saleswoman was very welcoming and above all very honest, telling me that it would be too big, even though she knew that there was no M model available. She told me that these are beautiful dresses that cost money, and it would be a shame if they were too big. So I took the time to look at another model available in M, and 3 days later I finally made up my mind and called the sales assistant, telling her that it would be available in 4 days. She told me to order. I ordered at 10am and at 12pm I received a message from collisimo telling me that the parcel was on its way. When I received the parcel 48 hours later, as promised, the dress was perfect and, above all, exactly the right size. It fit like a glove and was sublime. Thanks again. I reorder 1000%.
